Sohrab Ahmari

Sohrab Ahmari is the founder and editor-in-chief of the magazine Compact and a regular contributor to The New Statesman. Previously, he served as an editor and columnist for the opinion pages of the Wall Street Journal in New York and London and wrote op-eds for the New York Post. His notable books include “The Unbroken Thread: Discovering the Wisdom of Tradition in an Age of Chaos” (2021) and “Tyranny, Inc.: How Private Power Crushed American Liberty—and What To Do About It” (2023).
